Why name it Nano Brewery if we want to say Homebrewing ??
Well for us is not the same. We think there are some differences between.
First of all we hate the term “homebrewers” because in our case we don’t “cook” it in the kitchen. Second, we use specific stuff to brew, not just a big cooking pot and make it if we were Panoramix brewing the magic potion…
Third main thing is it depends of how many liters we produce. this one, I think is the less important, you can produce 50 liters/year and make a hight quality product. But sincerelly if we autonominate ourselves Nanobrewers is because as many, we want to brew as much as we can 🙂
